Unemployed South African citizens aged 18-35 are being offered a 12-month contract position as a Graduate Junior Business Analyst. The position will provide them with relevant work experience in the financial services industry, allowing them to gain experience within the Change Portfolio team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and defining business requirements for long-term insurance quotations and new business, writing the Business Requirements Specification (BRS), and preparing use case specifications. They will also conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful implementation and refinements. The candidate will also understand the interrelation of processes across different areas of the company and formulate recommendations for reform and improvement. They will also recommend the enhancement or replacement of existing software and applications with modern, cost-effective solutions to give Sanlam Risk and Savings a competitive edge. The candidate will also identify opportunities for new technology, digital developments, and automation. The role also involves developing and maintaining work management and resource planning statistics for departments and user testing.
